Climate's Avian Symphony: Preserving Endangered Wings

This ongoing series of mixed media artwork spotlights the plight of birds threatened by climate change. With a focus on the 389 bird species projected to face unlivable conditions if global temperatures surpass 3 degrees Celsius above preindustrial levels, as highlighted in the renowned Audubon Climate Study, my aim is to bring awareness to their vulnerable existence. Each piece incorporates fine print or messages sourced from publications reporting on the climate crisis, underscoring the urgency of the issue. As a commitment to conservation, 5% of the profits from the sale of original artworks in this series are donated to the Audubon Society, supporting their vital work in protecting and preserving these precious avian species.
