The design speaks to climate change, endangered species and also equal rights for all which is symbolized in the rainbow emanating from the polar bear. The black stripe is added to speak our for Black Lives Matter. Purchasing and wearing this hat helps raise awareness for climate change as well as to celebrate human diversity and equal rights.
Most of my artwork is a response to the effects of globalization on the natural environment. The question of how we preserve our natural landscape is a significant theme in my artwork. I look to the way our natural landscapes are being altered as they are blanketed by our endless waste and through this, I work to create thought-provoking and whimsical works of art. Wear your hat with pride as you go out into the world to help combat climate change and speak out for all walks of humanity. Who knows it may spark a "heated" conversation with a stranger, relative or friend.
